SMHEA Graduation Ceremony
May 29, 2010
The SMHEA graduation ceremony honors graduates (and their parents) who have completed their high school studies. You must be an SMHEA member and pay a graduation fee to participate. If you are not a member, you can join here. Parents and graduates are responsible for planning our ceremony and the reception which follows. We schedule three required planning meetings which begin in February. Diplomas or graduation certificates are the responsibility of the parents. To inform us of your desire to participate, please submit the form below by December 31, 2009. List the graduate's name as you wish it to be printed in the program. Because of the formal nature of the event, most graduates include their middle name. Once you have completed the form, we will contact you by email by January 20, 2010. If you do not hear from us, email smheapres@gmail.com.
2010 Graduation planning meetings are Scheduled for Thursday, Feburary 11, Monday, March 15, and Monday, April 12 at 6:30 PM. For more details check the Quick Resources box on the right.
