A subscription to Smoke Signals is included with a membership in the Smoky Mountain Home Education Association. Membership is only $30 and runs from June 1 of one year to May 31 of the next. Smoke Signals is published 4 times a year, once each season starting with the Fall issue as the school year gets underway and continuing with Winter, Spring, and Summer editions.  Our circulation is 3,000 families for the Fall and Summer issues, and 1,000 families for the Winter and Spring editions.
